Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 3 ounces tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (fresh is best)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Method
