South Beach Diet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
