Easy Stir-Fried Zucchini and Garlic
This simple side dish features zucchini and fresh garlic cooked together in a skillet with olive oil and butter. Ingredients
- 2 lbs zucchini (sliced or diced into cubes)
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning (or to taste)
- parmesan cheese (optional)
Method
- Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet, then add the zucchini, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Sauté the mixture, stirring frequently, until the zucchini pieces are crisp-tender, which should take about 5 minutes.
- Season the cooked zucchini with salt and pepper according to your taste.
