Party Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb) package of diced frozen hash browns
  • 1 lb sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Allow the potatoes to thaw in the fridge overnight.
  2. Set your oven to heat to 350.
  3. Melt the 3/4 cup butter.
  4. Stir the soup, cheese and sour cream into the melted butter.
  5. Combine these ingredients thoroughly.
