Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package meat ravioli (fresh or frozen -thaw if frozen)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Method
- Combine the water and eggs in a bowl, beating them thoroughly before setting the mixture aside.
- In a separate dish, blend the breadcrumbs with the Italian seasoning and garlic salt, then set this aside.
- Place the measured flour into another bowl and set it aside for coating.
- Pour vegetable oil into a deep fryer or skillet and heat it to 350 degrees for deep frying.
- Coat each ravioli first in the flour, then dip it into the egg wash, and finally press it into the breadcrumb mixture before carefully lowering it into the hot oil.
