Garlic Crunch
This savoury granola crunch offers a wonderful, flavourful addition to various dishes. Made with oats, sliced garlic, honey and butter, it bakes until perfectly toasted. You can sprinkle it over salads or soups, use it to garnish side dishes, or simply enjoy it straight from the container as a delicious snack. It's quick to prepare and stores well for later use.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt and pepper
Method
- Heat your oven to 300 degrees.
- Combine all of the listed ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture onto a cookie sheet in an even layer.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes until it turns golden and toasted.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely on the cookie sheet.
- Keep the cooled crunch in a ziploc bag or another airtight container.
