Beef Tips - Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt & pepper
- 2 lbs lean stew meat
- 1 diced onion
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 lb noodles
Method
- Mix the 1/2 cup of flour with salt and pepper, then toss the beef cubes in this mixture until they are fully coated.
- Transfer the coated beef to your pressure cooker. Add the diced onion, beef broth, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring everything together.
- Secure the lid and bring the pressure cooker up to pressure. Once achieved, cook the contents for 20 minutes.
- While the beef cooks, prepare the noodles according to their package directions.
- Create a smooth paste by combining the 1/4 cup of water with the 3 tablespoons of flour. Stir this paste into the pressure cooker after the beef has finished cooking, ensuring it is well incorporated.
- Allow the mixture to simmer without the lid until the gravy has thickened to your liking.
- Spoon the beef tips and gravy over the portions of cooked noodles to serve.
