3 Flour Bread
This recipe guides you through creating a distinctive homemade bread using three different flours. The process begins by activating yeast with sugar and water. Whole wheat flour, cornmeal and all-purpose flour are then combined with salt. Once the yeast mixture is frothy, it is blended with the dry ingredients along with olive oil and mahleb.
