12 Layer Rainbow Jello

Ingredients

  • 6 (3 ounce) packages Jello gelatin (blackberry, cherry, orange, lemon, lime, strawberry)
  • 2 cups sour cream or 16 ounces Cool Whip

Method

  1. Combine each jello packet individually with 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Split each prepared mixture into two equal portions.
  3. Pour the first portion of a colour into your pan.
  4. Place the pan in the freezer to set for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Blend the second portion of the same colour with 1/3 cup of sour cream or Cool Whip.
  6. Pour this creamy mixture over the set clear layer in the pan.
  7. Chill the pan again until this new layer is firm.
  8. Repeat this alternating process with all the different jello colours.
  9. Continue until you have created all 12 layers.
