Zesty Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese
This rich and flavourful macaroni cheese is prepared in a slow cooker for a hands-off meal. Cooked macaroni is combined with cubes of Velveeta and Monterey Jack pepper cheese, then mixed with cheddar cheese soup, minced onion, and salsa for a zesty kick. The mixture cooks slowly until perfectly melted and creamy, ideal for feeding a crowd.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package macaroni, cooked
- 1 (16 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) package monterey jack pepper cheese, cubed
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
Method
