Spicy Garlic Hummus
This hummus recipe blends favourite elements into one definitive version. It features a bold garlic flavour with a spicy kick from fresh chilli, though you can adjust the heat to your preference. The thick texture comes from skipping added water, but you can thin it if desired. For a colourful twist, try stirring in diced bell peppers. It makes a fantastic dip or sandwich spread. The recipe yields 6 servings and takes about 15 minutes to prepare, with chilling time recommended for the best flavour.
