⏱ 20 mins 🍽 6 cups, 12 serving(s) 🏷 Nuts

This recipe creates a batch of savoury and spicy almonds, perfect for sharing. Whole almonds are first toasted in the oven to bring out their nutty flavour. They are then coated in a warm mixture of melted butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and spices including cumin, coriander, cayenne, and salt. Once tossed and cooled completely, the nuts become a deliciously crunchy snack ideal for storing.

  5. Toss the nuts thoroughly to ensure they are evenly coated in the mixture.
  6. Allow the almonds to cool down completely.
