Pepper Boursin

⏱ 10 mins 🍽 1 cup 🏷 Spreads

This homemade boursin spread replicates the flavour of the shop-bought black pepper variety, blending cream cheese with butter and a mix of dried herbs. The recipe allows you to adjust the amount of cracked black pepper to suit your taste. After a quick mix, it needs several hours in the fridge for the flavours to meld together perfectly. The result is a rich and peppery spread ideal for crackers or bread.
