Honey Mustard Grilled Salmon or Tuna Steaks

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 -3 salmon or 2 -3 tuna steaks (1-11/2 lbs)

Method

  1. Place the honey mustard, soy sauce, vinegar and oil into a large resealable plastic bag and mix them together.
  2. Put the salmon steaks into the bag, seal it, and turn it over to ensure all the fish is covered with the marinade.
  3. Let the bag sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, remembering to turn it over now and then.
  4. Cook the fish on a hot grill for 5-7 min.
