Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb fresh green beans, cleaned,tips removed
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 other pepper or 1 yellow banana pepper, seeds removed cut in rings
  • 3 cloves garlic, cleaned cut in chunks
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock

Method

  1. Place the green beans, halved tomatoes, pepper rings, and garlic chunks into an ovenproof dish, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken stock to the dish.
  3. Cover the dish and bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes, using less time for crisper beans.
