Cod Baked in Mayonnaise
This straightforward Norwegian dish features cod fillets baked under a rich layer of mayonnaise, chopped onion, and parsley. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cod fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

- 10 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Method
