⏱ 45 mins 🍽 4-6 serving(s) 🏷 Winter

This impressive baked brie is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, often becoming the centrepiece of a festive spread. A whole brie round is enveloped in crescent dough and baked. A rich paste of butter and brown sugar is then added, followed by a scattering of almonds, before a final bake creates a deliciously caramelised topping. Allow it to rest before serving warm with crackers for a truly memorable starter.
