Baked BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos
This simple sheet pan appetiser is ideal for sharing. Tortilla chips are layered with sharp Cheddar cheese, cooked pulled pork and your favourite barbeque sauce, then finished with sliced red onion. After a quick bake, the nachos are topped with diced bread-and-butter pickles for a tangy finish. Ready in just 10 minutes, it's a fantastic choice for casual entertaining.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces tortilla chips
- 1.5 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork
- 0.75 cup barbeque sauce
- 0.125 red onion, finely sliced
- 0.5 cup diced bread-and-butter pickles
Method
- Heat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on a sheet pan. Scatter the Cheddar cheese over them, then distribute the pulled pork evenly. Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the pork and finish with the sliced red onion.
- Place the pan in the heated oven and bake until the cheese has fully melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, scatter the chopped pickles over the top, and serve immediately.
