Ingredients

  • marjoram, - 1 tbsp. a spoon (dried herbs)
  • basil, - 1 tbsp. a spoon (dried herbs)
  • savory, - 1 tbsp. a spoon (dried herbs)
  • paprika, - . 1 tsp
  • black pepper, - . 1 tsp
  • ground red pepper, - 0 . 5 tsp

Method

  1. Clean and wash the garlic, then grind it using a blender or a grater.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the salt along with all the listed spices. Mix everything together thoroughly, then pound and rub the mixture carefully in a mortar.
