Adygei Seasoned Salt
This is a traditional Adygei seasoned salt, a staple in Russian cooking from the Caucasus region. It combines fresh garlic with a blend of dried herbs and spices, creating a versatile seasoning. Ingredients

- basil, - 1 tbsp. a spoon (dried herbs)
- savory, - 1 tbsp. a spoon (dried herbs)

- black pepper, - . 1 tsp
- ground red pepper, - 0 . 5 tsp
Method
- Clean and wash the garlic, then grind it using a blender or a grater.
- Add the minced garlic to the salt along with all the listed spices. Mix everything together thoroughly, then pound and rub the mixture carefully in a mortar.
- Transfer the finished Adygei salt into a clean glass jar. Seal it with a lid and keep it stored somewhere dry.
