Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

- 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 1-1/2 inches thick)
Method
- In a large resealable bag, mix the soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ground pepper.
- Add the tuna steaks to the bag, seal it, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minute.
- Coat a grill rack with nonstick cooking spray and preheat the grill.
- Transfer the tuna from the bag to the hot grill rack.
