5-Minute Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, plus about 2 tablespoons for topping

Method

  1. Place the dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter into a medium glass bowl. Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds.
  2. Stir everything together. If needed, return the bowl to the microwave for a further 15 seconds.
  3. Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until the fudge base is completely smooth.
  4. Fold one cup of the chopped pecans into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Transfer the fudge to a loaf pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
  6. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly to a thickness of about 1 inch.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining two tablespoons of chopped pecans over the top of the fudge.
