Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- Combine the margarine, brown sugar and white sugar until blended.
- Mix in the eggs, peanut butter and vanilla thoroughly.
- Stir the flour, oats and baking soda into the mixture.
- Fold in the coconut, dried cranberries, pecans and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 12 minutes.
