This recipe transforms a classic banana bread by incorporating sourdough starter for a distinctive flavour and texture. It combines mashed banana with a creamed sugar base, flour, and walnuts before baking into a single loaf. The result is a uniquely tangy and satisfying bake, ideal for using up excess starter. The loaf requires cooling completely before it is sliced and enjoyed.
