Cranberry Ginger Salmon
This salmon dish features a flavourful glaze made from cranberry sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced gingerroot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (canned or freshly made)
- 4 salmon fillets (6-8 oz. each)
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced gingerroot, minced garlic, honey, low sodium soy sauce, fresh ground black pepper, and whole berry cranberry sauce.
- Lightly coat a baking pan with oil or cooking spray and arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer.
