Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup ground dried New Mexico chiles
  • 0.25 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground fenugreek
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Method

  1. Collect all the required ingredients.
  2. Put the 0.5 cup ground chiles, 0.25 cup paprika and 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper into a mixing bowl and combine. Introduce the 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon cardamom, 1 teaspoon fenugreek, 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon, 0.5 teaspoon allspice, 0.5 teaspoon cloves and 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg.
