Ingredients
- 0.5 cup ground dried New Mexico chiles
- 0.25 cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ground fenugreek
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
- 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Method
- Collect all the required ingredients.
- Put the 0.5 cup ground chiles, 0.25 cup paprika and 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper into a mixing bowl and combine. Introduce the 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon cardamom, 1 teaspoon fenugreek, 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon, 0.5 teaspoon allspice, 0.5 teaspoon cloves and 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg. Whisk the mixture gently until it is fully incorporated.
