Ingredients
- 1 cup soft margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup peanut butter chips
- 2/3 cup vanilla chip
- 2/3 cup butterscotch chips
Method
- Cream the margarine, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, oatmeal, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture, blending them well.
- Stir all of the different chips into the cookie dough.
- Place spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2-inches apart.
- Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to rest on the baking pan for 1 minute once they come out of the oven.
