10 Second Mango Yogurt Smoothie
This is a wonderfully fast smoothie to prepare, ideal when you need a speedy snack. I originally created it for a late night craving. The quantities given are a good guide, but you can adjust them to your personal taste. It combines thick plain yogurt with sweet mango nectar for a simple, satisfying drink.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mango nectar (chilled, I use "BEST" brand)
- 3/4 cup balkan plain yogurt (thick, chilled from fridge)
Method
- Blend the mango nectar and yogurt together in a blender.
- Adjust the flavour by adding more yogurt or mango nectar if you wish.
- You can include a sweetener of your choice, remembering it will add about 5 seconds to the process.
- Transfer the smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately.
