1 Point Weight Watchers Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fat free ground turkey
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sugar free barbecue sauce (G Hughes)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar free ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons stevia
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Method

  1. Combine the first seven listed ingredients and transfer the mixture into a loaf pan.
  2. Mix the following five ingredients together and spread this glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
  3. Place the loaf pan in an oven preheated to 350 and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
