Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • sugar

Method

  1. Mix the egg, oil and milk together in a bowl.
  2. Add the lemon cake mix and stir until the mixture comes together into a dough.
  3. Shape the dough into balls roughly one inch in size.
  4. Coat each ball thoroughly in sugar.
  5. Arrange the sugared balls on a cookie sheet that has been lightly greased.
  6. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
