Chili Garlic Baby Octopus
This simple recipe for baby octopus features a zesty marinade of fresh lemon juice, zest, crushed garlic, and finely diced red chilli. Ingredients
- 500 g baby octopus (about 1 pound)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1 small red chili, finely diced (you can remove the seeds to be less chili heat)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir them together thoroughly. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 20 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated octopus to a grill plate that has been pre-heated. Cook until the octopus is done all the way through.
