⏱ 35 mins 🍽 72 pieces, 6-12 serving(s) 🏷 Crab

This traditional family recipe makes a wonderful finger food or party appetiser. It combines crabmeat with a seasoned cheese spread on English muffins. The great advantage is that the pieces can be assembled well in advance and kept frozen, ready to be cooked straight from the freezer when you need them. They are broiled until golden and bubbling for a deliciously simple treat.

  • 6 ounces canned crabmeat
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • salt
  • 3 English muffins (6 halves)
