Wonderful Parmesan Zucchini Strips
These crispy baked zucchini strips are a delightful Italian side dish. Zucchini quarters are dipped in beaten egg, then coated in a mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Ingredients
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 small zucchini, quartered lengthwise

Method
