This versatile dip is a quick and flavourful starter or snack. It combines creamy strained yogurt with spicy harissa paste and fresh herbs like coriander and mint. Ingredients
- 225g thick and creamy plain yogurt strained
- 3-4 tbsp harissa (depending on taste)
- small handful coriander finely chopped
- small handful fresh mint finely chopped
Method
- 1. Place the yogurt into a mixing bowl and incorporate the harissa, using 3-4 tbsp according to your preference. 2. Add the majority of the finely chopped coriander and mint, stirring them through, and season to taste if desired. 3.
