Venison Meatloaf
This venison meatloaf is known for being exceptionally moist and full of flavour, despite its short ingredient list. The combination of ground venison and chuck creates a rich base, while evaporated milk and breadcrumbs ensure a tender texture. It's a straightforward dish that bakes in just 1 hour, yielding a satisfying loaf ideal for serving four to six people.
