Breaded Veal Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 4 veal cutlets
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
