The board is artfully arranged with fresh and dried fruits, fig jam, and crackers for a beautiful and delicious centrepiece. The assembly takes just 10 minutes, making it ideal for effortless entertaining.
Ingredients
- Fresh fig, lemon, or Galax leaves
- 1 large bunch seedless green grapes
- 340g wedge truffled pecorino
- 450g wedge Stilton blue cheese
- 340g piece Brie
- 230g piece herbed goat cheese, such as Fleur Verte
- Fresh strawberries
- Dried apricots
- Fig jam
- Crackers
- 1 dried fig ball, halved (optional)
Method
- Lay the fig leaves out flat to cover a round board or platter that is 16 to 18 inches across.
- Put the bunch of grapes in the middle of the board. Position the cheeses around the grapes, ensuring any cut sides are visible.
- Tuck the strawberries in a space between two cheeses to add a bright colour. Do the same with the dried apricots for another colour block. Spoon the fig jam into a small bowl and add it to the arrangement.
- Fill any remaining gaps on the board with the crackers. If you are including it, place the halved fig ball on the board with the cut sides facing upwards.
