Teriyaki Chicken Flatbreads with Two-Ingredient Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 fluid ounces thick teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast meat
  • 0.75 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro

Method

  1. Set your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Prepare a baking sheet by lightly coating it with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl. the mixture will appear crumbly. Move it to a floured surface and knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth, incorporating extra flour if needed. Divide the dough into two balls.
  3. Press each ball flat with your hand, stretching it to a thickness of 1/4 inch. You may use a rolling pin if preferred. Form each piece into a long oval shape.
