Turkey, Pea Guacamole and Radish Wrap

Ingredients

  • 50g cold cooked peas
  • 2tbsp low-fat cream cheese
  • a little lemon zest and juice
  • 1 reduced-salt wrap
  • 50g turkey sliced
  • 2-3 radishes sliced

Method

  1. 1. Combine the cold cooked peas with the low-fat cream cheese, lemon zest and juice, then season to your taste. 2. Spread the pea mixture evenly over the surface of the reduced-salt wrap. 3. Arrange the sliced turkey and radishes on top of the spread. 4. Roll the wrap up tightly and slice it in half to serve.
