- 1 lb firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh gingerroot
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar

- Take the tofu off the heat and drain the water. Gently move the tofu slices to a warmed serving plate and pour the prepared sauce over the top.
