Tex-Mex Burgers
This recipe offers a Tex-Mex take on the traditional burger. Spiced beef patties are grilled or broiled, then served wrapped in soft corn tortillas. They are topped with creamy avocado slices, sharp cheddar cheese and a vibrant homemade salsa made with plum tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice. The fresh salsa can be prepared ahead of time, making assembly quick and easy for a flavourful meal.
