Teriyaki Chicken Wings
These Japanese teriyaki chicken wings are marinated in a classic blend of soy sauce, ketchup, lemon juice, and brown sugar. After marinating for at least 6 hours, they are baked in the oven until beautifully glazed and cooked through. This recipe is ideal for a casual lunch or snack, yielding enough for six people. The total preparation and cooking time is just over six and a half hours, with most of that being hands-off marinating time.

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 3 lbs chicken wings (cut at joint with tips removed)

- Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, using the leftover marinade to baste them during cooking.
