Spicy Feta Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 0.5 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 pinch white sugar
- 1 pound feta cheese, cut into small cubes
Method
- Place the olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and sugar into a food processor. Pulse the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. Incorporate the feta cheese a few cubes at a time, processing after each addition until the dip is thick and creamy.
