This is a fantastic base recipe for a fiery, fat-free condiment. It combines chipotle chillies in adobo with fresh habanero and red chillies, blended into a smooth, spicy mayonnaise. Spicy Chipotle Fat Free Mayo

Ingredients

  • 16 fluid ounces fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobo
  • 3 fresh habanero peppers
  • 3 fresh red chili peppers

Method

  1. Take the habanero and red chilli peppers and discard their stems and seeds. Slice them into quarters.
  2. Put the prepared fresh peppers into a food processor along with the entire contents of the canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Process the mixture until it reaches your preferred texture.
  3. Pour the complete jar of fat-free mayonnaise into the food processor with the pepper blend. Blend everything together thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the finished spicy mayo back into the original mayonnaise jar for storage. Note that you may have some leftover mixture that does not fit.
