Spicy Chili Chipotle Rice

Ingredients
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo
- 1 tablespoon chipotle adobo sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon deli-style prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped tomato sauce
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Finely chop the chipotle chile.
- Mix the chopped chile with all the other listed ingredients in a pot.
- Place the pot over heat and allow the mixture to reach a boil.
- Once boiling, put a lid on the pot and reduce the heat to its lowest setting to simmer.
- Leave the rice to cook undisturbed for 20 to 25mins.
