This classic Vietnamese sandwich, known as Banh Mi Ga, layers a baguette with marinated chicken, crisp pickled vegetables, fresh cucumber, and aromatic herbs. A quick dressing of lime juice and fish sauce adds a tangy, savoury note. The recipe requires preparing a pickled carrot and radish mixture in advance, which takes 2 hrs & 20 min. The final assembly creates a deliciously textured and flavourful lunch or snack.
