Spicy Cheesy Salsa Bean Dip
This zesty Mexican dip comes together quickly using pantry staples. It combines salsa, cream cheese, refried beans and sharp cheddar with diced jalapeno for a spicy kick. The mixture is heated until melted and creamy. It is ideal for serving with tortilla chips or spooning into wraps for a flavourful filling. Ingredients
- 1 cup salsa
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced, seeds and viens removed
Method
- Combine every ingredient in a bowl suitable for the microwave.
- Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes.
- Give it a good stir.
- Heat it again for a further 2 minutes.
