Spicy Chai Tea
This aromatic chai tea is a delightful beverage, ideal for cooler weather. The blend of whole spices is simmered to create a deeply flavoured base. You can present the spice mix in a decorative bag or jar with instructions as a lovely homemade gift. The final drink can be sweetened and enjoyed hot, or chilled over ice for a refreshing alternative. The image shows both the finished tea and the whole spices used to make it.
