Spicy Calf Fries

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs flour
  • 20 ounces black pepper
  • 20 ounces cayenne pepper
  • 10 lbs cleaned bull testicles
  • 16 gal. beer

Method

  1. Combine the flour and both peppers inside a new, clean trash bag.
  2. Place the calf fries into the bag and shake it well to coat them completely.
  3. Separate the coated calf fries into several smaller batches for frying.
  4. Fry each batch in a turkey fryer set to 350 degrees until they turn a golden brown colour.
  5. Throughout the preparation and cooking process, be sure to taste the beer regularly to check its quality.
