Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, sliced

- 1 small head cabbage, finely shredded
Method
- Mix the chili powder, dried thyme, smoked paprika, dried oregano, ground cayenne pepper, ground cumin, onion powder, and salt together in a small bowl.

- Add the prepared spice mix to the cabbage in the skillet. Cook while stirring frequently for 3 more minutes, until the spices are fully incorporated and the cabbage is tender.
