Spicy Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 110g light brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 240ml milk
  • 240ml half-and-half
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine the cornflour, light brown sugar and salt, whisking until no lumps remain. Pour in the milk and half-and-half, then stir everything together.
